• Infants:
• Covered by travel insurance.
• Provided a seat on the tour coach.
• Share a bed with family members.
• Any additional costs incurred during the tour are the responsibility of the family.
• Children (Under 11 Years Old):
• Receive the same services as adults (e.g., meals, transportation, attraction tickets as per the program).
• Share a bed with family members.
• Children (11 Years Old and Above):
• Receive full adult services, including their own bed.
• Special Case
• If one child travels with one adult or if there are insufficient adults in the group for room-sharing arrangements, guests are required to upgrade the child’s service to secure an additional bed.

Tour Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees are based on the time of cancellation relative to the scheduled departure date, as follows:

• Immediately after signing the contract: 50% of the tour cost.
• 45 to 30 days before departure: 70% of the tour cost.
• 29 to 15 days before departure: 90% of the tour cost.
• Within 14 days of departure: 100% of the tour cost.

Cancellation Terms:

A cancellation is considered successful only upon confirmation from Lửa Việt via email or written document.

Cancellation time is calculated based on working days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays or Tet.
