07:15: Car departs for Tan Son Nhat airport.

07:45: You arrive at Tan Son Nhat airport to check in.

08:55: You board flight VN118 departing from Tan Son Nhat airport to Da Nang airport.

10:15: The plane lands at Da Nang airport.

10:30: Car picks you up at the airport, then moves to Hoi An.

When going on the tour, please bring your Passport/ID/CCCD when joining the tour Da Nang – Hoi An Ancient Town – Ba Na Hills – Ho Chi Minh.

Children not traveling with their parents, please bring a power of attorney certified by the local authorities.

The program may change depending on the weather but still ensures the tour routes as announced.

Please do not bring smelly food and do not smoke in the room.

Hotel check-in time after 14:00 and hotel check-out time before 12:00.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDING/CANCELLING Tour Da Nang - Hoi An Ancient Town - Ba Na Hill - Ho Chi Minh

Below are the tour cancellation penalties according to the company’s regulations. We will flexibly handle each specific case within our capabilities.

If you cancel the tour, you will have to pay the following cancellation fees:

– If you cancel after purchasing: 30% of the ticket price.

– If you cancel 10 days before departure: 50% of the ticket price.

– If you cancel 7 days before departure: 70% of the ticket price.

– If you cancel within 3 days of departure: 100% of the ticket price.

Please note

– The order of the attractions in the Da Nang – Hoi An – Ba Na Hills – Ho Chi Minh tour program may change depending on the weather and other objective factors but still ensure full attractions.

– The time in the Da Nang – Hoi An tour program is the expected time, the actual tour will have a difference (insignificant) compared to the expected time. The tour guide will inform you directly during the trip.

Depending on which condition comes first, we will apply that condition.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AIR TICKETS Tour Da Nang Hoi An Ancient Town – Ba Na Hills – Ho Chi Minh

– No cancellation, name change, itinerary change, or split leg in any case.

– Flight time may change according to the airline’s flight time.

– Luggage includes: 07kg carry-on + 20kg checked baggage.

– When flying, please bring one of the following documents: (Valid ID card/Passport, birth certificate (for children under 14 years old).

– For children under 14 years old (must present ID card/CCCD, otherwise, must have identification documents according to the form and stamped by the local authorities).

– For children not traveling with their parents, a letter of authorization from the parents is required with confirmation from the local authorities for the accompanying person to check in.

General provisions

–If Party A cancels the tour due to being refused to check in at the airport due to identity documents/identity documents, our company is not responsible for the above incident. We will not refund the program cost in this case.

-If Party B cannot organize the group to depart on the scheduled time due to force majeure reasons such as: Natural disasters, storms, floods, wars, …, Party B will arrange a new departure date, all costs incurred will be agreed upon by both parties.

Due to the nature of the individual group, if the group has 10 adults or more, the group will depart on the correct date. If the group does not have 10 guests, Party B will arrange a new departure date and notify Party A 15 working days in advance.

In case Party A cannot follow the new departure schedule, Party B will refund the deposit to Party A.
